"There are plenty of 5 star hotels to choose from in Tokyo but we were glad we chose this one for our first trip to Japan. The room was comfortable and blended Japanese and Western styles and was serviced thoroughly every day. We made good use of the club lounge for breakfasts, snacks and drinks in the evening and had dinner one time in each of Origami and the teppanyaki section of Suiren, the fine dining restaurant. "The apartment was lovely! Had an issue with the code upon check in but it was resolved through messages and emails wiring 20 minutes. We would stay here again if visiting near to this area of Tokyo. "

"Clean room. Cleaner comes every other day for changing bed sheets. We requested crib, bathtub and chair for 5 month old baby. We loved crib so much. Adjustable height with wheels. Bathtub was for baby who already can sit up because it didn’t come with head support. We chose Japanese apartments which was perfect with baby and 5years old."

"Lovely hotel, beautiful linens. Staff outstanding. Location for staying put or travel couldn’t be improved. Subway is below the hotel, restaurants, shops and surprisingly a serene atmosphere outside the hotel. I felt was the area for makeup and hair wasn’t large enough and drawer space was sparse. Lovely window treatments (automatic) with outstanding blackout."

"This hotel was exceptional. Truly what you would expect for Forbes and Michelin 5 star rating. The rooms were very large for Japan standards. Wonderful deep soaking tub and exquisite views. "Don’t do it, unless you reaaaally want to stay near the Tokyo tower or have a view of it. Paid for a premium corner suite that was not clean at all, stains on carpet and walls. Lounge access was not worth it either. Hotel is dated, for the 500$ plus a night 5 star cost. Really should be 1.5 stars, not dramatically speaking either. AC is also managed/facility controlled in the wee hours, so if you can’t sleep under hot conditions, there’s that as well.."
