"Really relaxing stay! Beautiful property and the staff is great! "

"Loved the in room onsen, the meals were lovely, the staff was our favorite!"

"Loved this place! Rooms are amazing and the photos don’t do it justice. We had breakfast and dinner included and it was next level. Very traditional Japanese menu and so luxe! Staff were so friendly and accommodating as we had our 4 month old with us. The three onsens to choose from makes this place a must try!"

"Great place. Good fresh food. Only negative is the smell from smokers neighbor."

"Beautiful space, excellent service & delicious dinner with a wonderful array of sakes."

"I would highly recommend the dinner and breakfast. There are many excellent and delicious choices of local cuisine"

"Good onsen and food, perfect for a night away during a busy tour of japan to disconnect and relax. Great staff and amenities."

"This hotel would have been very grand in her day, but is showing her age. The rooms are huge, but room amenities sparse and towels and yukata are old. It’s primarily used for large groups to use the onsen I think, rather than a luxurious stay. The breakfast dining room is large, as is the hotel, but having breakfast with another 200 or 300 people wasn’t all that pleasant.
