"Two major feedback. Bathroom towels : please use good clean towels if you cannot, please make it clear in your webpage so that travelers can bring their towels. Parking: dangerous way to enter and exit. Car chassis will be damaged and inexperienced drivers cant climb such upskill and downhill"

"Rooms are well appointed but not kept clean. Maintenance is lacking. Found a cockroach running all around the room. Spa is in real bad maintenance and very very unclean. To be avoided completely. Unfortunately there are not many choices of good hotels in Hosur so this might still be the best bet."

"Terrible attitude from billing person when booking done through expedia Purposely they deny certain services when booked through expedia They force you to pay more and upgrade to get basic dining."

"The Property was not neat and the kitchen was very limited with food. The Rooms had Cockroaches and was unable to sleep properly. Even the Kitchen was not available on demand. I would not recommend to stay at this hotel for family with kids."

"My dog had the best time in the spacious surroundings. Food was very good and the staff were helpful. Had a fun time swimming in the pouring rain! Management should add a shower area near the pool to prevent people from entering just as is."
