"My family and I stayed at the Garner hotel for 4 nights and overall the experience was a positive one.
The desk staff were friendly and the check-in/check-out process was quick. The room was clean, the air conditioner worked, and the beds were neither too stiff nor too soft and none of us felt grossed out by the bed linens or anything. The free breakfast was standard fare (sausage patties, scrambled eggs, bagels, muffins, coffee, orange juice, cereal, yogurt, etc.) and edible but nothing to write home about.
The pool was closed so we didn't get to experience that, which is why I only gave 3-stars for amenities. And there's a near overwhelming smell of vanilla as you walk in. Also, the bathroom did not have a bath tub, only a standing shower. So if you have kids that aren't shower-ready yet, you may want to keep that in mind.
For the price and convenience of being close to the airport and I-84 we'd probably stay here again if needed."
