"Everything about this hotel was spectacular right down to the staff and amenties such a beautiful location if i didn't already have a wedding location sorted I would 100% chose the Crowne Plaza 10/10 definitely would recommend to my family and friends and would come back and stay again loved loved loved my stay"

"The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. We were given the room closest to the entrance so unfortunately we heard people coming and going regularly through the sliding door. This was very annoying. There is also the noise from the railway line nearby but wasn’t too bad. The room we got was a little unexpected as it was wheelchair suitable or for someone in an aged care home. The bathroom was fully accessible for a wheelchair and the shower area had a fold down bench seat. There wasn’t any large area to put clothes or toiletries and the toilet seat had no lid. I would have preferred a room with a table and chairs to eat breakfast and a shower without the shower curtain. The complimentary banana bread and pod coffee in the communal space was appreciated. I would have liked some butter for the banana bread though."

"Parking was cheap, safe and efficient. Allowed to leave car there while attending appointment at the hospital nearby All facilities needed for a stay if you had someone in nepean hospital Staff were pleasant and helpful"

"Cannot fault location staff or the room itself, however have stayed a couple of times and hotel grounds are being used for other purposes. So a little bit of competition between visitors and guests. Otherwise will stay there again "
