Staff were very helpful and always smiling, Hotel was clean, Pool access room was amazing, pool very clean, walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and beach, Enjoyed our stay, only small negative was breakfast was very ordinary and not much to choose from but plenty of options outside the resort Thank you for being very welcoming and we will be back

We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel - it has a good feel to it, is clean and the breakfast was more than adequate. We did not swim but noticed it was kept very clean! The bed was comfortable - it was on the firm side so maybe a mattress topper to soften it up a bit would be an amazing plus to the hotel

I only stayed overnight but it was good accommodation at a good price. Excellent costumer service. Close to Discover mall, a sheltered beach, Waterbom park and the airport. I would recommend a ground floor room by the pool if available.

This is a great area, pool is cold if you like that they had a great pool area for kids if you have any. Staff great. Streets around the area great for food and shopping but…there is a religious thing near by that is very noisy and more than once a day. Some maintenance needed as most hotels in Bali.
