In the last 8 years I have stayed in your hotel 3 times and in the past enjoyed my stay. The hotel staff are always very polite but need better english skills. This last time I found the room to be somewhat dirty and the pool water very cloudy. The breakfast is terrible, most times I ate in other restaurants. For a Country that should have the best coffee in the world, your staff needs to learn how to make coffee, its like drinking mud. Unfortunately this is out of your control, the noise from the night clubs keeps us awake until 3 or 4 in the morning. The hotel walls vibrate from the noise. At this time I would not stay in your hotel again. At $42.00 USD per night, It is way over priced for the quality. I have found better hotels for $25. per night.

낡고 냄새가 나고 에어콘도 잘 작동되지 않았고 청소상태불량 침구낡고 눅눅합니다. 기본방 창문없고 복도안쪽 기본적으로 환기가 없습니다. 결정적으로 수영장은 리노베이션 중입니다.별도 공지가 없었습니다. 이용불가이고 소음이 심합니다. 절대 다시 이용하지 않을겁니다

I like how loud the fan was. The hotel is so close to the clubs that it’s very loud but because the hotel put in fans it drowns our most of the noise. Clean room, clean bathroom!

Erittäin huonossa kunnossa oleva vanha hotelli. Kalustukset vanhat ja likaiset. Uima-altaan vesi likaista, vähän asiakkaita ja siksi ei juurikaan palvelua missään. Henkilökunta tekee mitä pystyy mutta hotelli vaatisi täyden remontin. Sijainti huono, baarien melu kuluu huoneisiin.

Maxi Hotel: Great for Party Goers

Be Warned: This hotel is right in the thick of Kuta’s party zone. I’ve stayed at the Maxi Hotel on 3 different occasions for a total of 10+ days. Considering the cost of the hotel (approx. $16-20 USD per night), it’s a really good value, especially for those looking to be near the late night action, which lasts until 5 AM and can be heard from rooms in the hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and will help you as best they can. Don’t be afraid to ask them for assistance and they’ll do their best to help. Nia, who works the front desk, is especially kind, professional, and helpful. There are a whole variety of rooms but in general they are all quite spacious. The bathrooms in the rooms vary in design, with some having bath tubs with shower heads and others having showers. Cleansliness and functionality of the bathrooms can be an issue at times but, again, the staff is quite responsive to address any concerns. The air conditioning units and bathrooms may be somewhat moldy depending on the room you end up with. I’ve eaten at the restaurant several times and never had any issues or complaints. I thought the food was good and decently priced. All in all, I’ve stayed in many budget hotels in Bali and the Maxi Hotel is pretty good value. If you’re a party goer, which is why I’ve stayed at the Maxi Hotel, it’s great value.

hôtel plus que bien placé

séjour agréable avec l'aide du personnel qui est toujours à l'écoute et fait tout pour vous arranger du changement de chambre au ajout de serviette à l'offre d'un cocktail pour mon anniversaire (petite intention du personnel) très appréciable certaines chambres très bruyantes le soir du fait des discothèque juste en face mais avec des boules quies on dort très facilement tout à proximité restaurant superette café bar discothèque la plage à 10mn à pied la piscine qui est nettoyée souvent et horaire jusqu'à 20h des fois plus style balinais qui donne du charme à l'hôtel

Eventho its my first time to go this place,but i fall in love with the hotel because very convience. Close to shop and recommended to person who wanna enjoy nightlife. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Nice staff

Very nice staff. Room was tidy but the bath tub was very old and dirty looking. Its needs a very good scrub. Pool water all looks like it needs some balancing as its too cloudy and greenish in color.

Budget hotel... can ask for more

Hotel Staffs are accommodating. Family room is huge! Cleanliness is just ok. Mosquitoes in the room but they provide insecticide spray. So better spray the room while outside, and bring insect repellant lotion. Watch out for the elevated floor! My son fell 2x here. The hotel is right at along Legian Road so expect a noisy night until 2AM.

Unsafe Power - Not Worth the Risk with Kids

We chose to book Maxi for the last 2 nights of 10 days in Bali as we had full days planned and only needed for sleeping and it was central to grab last shopping at night. Its on Legian Rd between Poppys 1 & 2. Easy to get around to shopping/dining/beach areas. Being cheaper we didnt have high expectations but there is a hotel 200m down the road same price and not as noisy. Nightclub music stops only metres down road. We knew it was close to clubs but its directly across from the bounty bar and others. You can hear muffled music from you room and feel the bass-didnt bother us so much but good to know if you couldnt sleep through that. We realised it wouldnt be as nice as our Legian/Ubud accom so i was understanding that the bathrooms are very old but with no shower curtain water went everywhere (flood) if you didnt shower on your knees. The lighting is quite dark in the room - kind of good if you are there to party as sleeping in was easy but with a family i found it a bit annoying. The pool was only in sun around the middle of the day as its central in the property and the water was quite cloudy. My husband stood in it but would not put his head under. Doesnt include breakfast but get free 10min foot massage, has no toiletries in room incase that is a concern (we had our own). The reason why i would NEVER go back though is their power points are really REALLY dangerous. Sparks came from TV power point, also when plugged phone in, lamp cord was taped up right near on/off etc

Vi kom midt om natten, badede i poolen sov og tog afsted derfra igen. Vi havde 3 børn med, og det var svært at sove da det er lige midt i fest gaden hotellet ligger. Det står der ikke lige noget om nogen steder i infoen om hotellet

The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff are very friendly. The pool is pretty decent as well! They are a bit noisy because the hotel is located across a big nightclub.
