"Our room was a bit tired, I was a bit disappointed as pictures were not the same as the room.
Staff are excellent, food is quite good and no Bali belly at all.
Coffee was not up to holiday inn standards I have experienced at Holiday Inn Express next door on previous visits.
Highlights are the Envy Bar, The food is really interesting and more Western options, shout out to all the Envy staff who really went the extra mile to please, Thank you all 🙏
Breakfast Wes great except as previously mentioned, did management change the coffee? Don’t mess with my morning attitude adjustment for a few cents please.
Checkout staff so helpful, the night shift guys were still in when I checked out at 4.15 am, they still jumped up to greet me and put me in my cab, love your work guys 👍
Floors in room were sticky, all very well not using cleaning products for environmental reasons, however that’s a bit too far, try sugar soap maybe?
