I always stay at this hotel when I come to Bali. The first time I stayed here was about 6 years ago, and this is my 7th time. It's not too big, but it's just the right size for a solo traveler, and there's a shopping center right in front of it, so it's very convenient. The staff are very cheerful and kind, with lovely smiles. There are no staff members who can speak Japanese, but some staff members will speak to you in broken Japanese, which makes you feel very close to them. When I stayed here six months ago, I felt that the hospitality had improved, but this time I felt that the quality of the service had improved even more. The room was also carefully cleaned. This is definitely my favorite hotel. I'll definitely stay here the next time I go to Bali.

When arriving in Bali, we stayed here one night. Their free transportation service to the vila was smooth and all the people working there were kind and always smiling. We tried the burger and BLT sandwich with avocado for dinner at their restaurant and both were very tasty. The room was simple yet good taste. I like their bed, too. The breakfast was simple but adequate. Don’t forget trying their mix omelette, which is really great. The swimming pool was small, but clean. In a word, I enjoyed our first night here. Thank you very much.

This was a really great place to stay. The hotel had a driver- Santa- pick me up at the airport. I was sent a photo so I knew who was coming . I had some complications while at the airport and Santa saved the day! I’m so grateful to him. The room was beautiful, comfortable bed. I already booked a return stay for the end of my trip here in Bali. I would highly recommend this hotel .

I have no notes, the staff are amazing and accommodating, the room was clean and beautiful, the kuta area was close to the airport and lots of restaurants and shops! The room was also a great value. Next time I come to Bali, I will be staying here again.

Great location, close to lots of amenities, shopping mall and restaurants directly opposite. Its a short drive to the airport. Rooms are cosy and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Pool lovely and clean.

Property was great. Pool area was great, but needed umbrellas around lounging chairs. Tree cover did not always shade you from the sun.

Good hotel nice and clean. Nice pool. Only issue was very thin walls so could hear neighbouring rooms every word. Maybe not help as room was interconnected. Lots of loud music from across the street can be heard at night. Earplugs provided but not ideal if rested sleep wanted!

My recent stay at the Vira Hotel in Bali was nothing short of exceptional. Our group of 16 had the pleasure of experiencing top-notch hospitality and service throughout our entire visit. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the hotel staff, who ensured a smooth check-in process. We had organized an event during our stay, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. One highlight of our stay was the welcome dinner and award dinner held at the hotel. The chef curated a special menu for us that exceeded all expectations. Each dish was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. It was evident that the chef put a lot of thought and effort into creating a memorable dining experience for our group. The rooms at the Vira Hotel were comfortable, spacious, and impeccably clean. After a long day of activities, it was refreshing to return to a cozy and inviting space to rest and recharge. However, what truly set the Vira Hotel apart was the outstanding service provided by the staff. Wulan and Melina, in particular, deserve special recognition for their attentive and personalized service throughout our stay. They anticipated our needs and went out of their way to ensure that every aspect of our visit was flawless. Overall, our experience at the Vira Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. If we were to return to Bali in the future, there is no doubt that we would choose to stay at the Vira Hotel again. Thank you to the entire team !

Uitstekende airportshuttle dienst bij ophalen en wegbrengen Airport. Uitstekende kamer, prima Kingsize bed. En mooie badkamer. Prima restaurant erbij en goed praktisch ontbijt. we kregen wel oordopjes mee na het inchecken. Gelukkig was het geluid door de muziek buiten om 22.00 uur gestopt. Dus de oordoppen waren niet nodig. De volgende keer komen we weer!

最終日に宿泊したが、空港からも近く出発が朝早かったので、便利であった。ホテル周辺もショッピングや飲食も出来て、忙しい人にはよい選択であろう。スタッフも朝早くから親切であり、室内も綺麗であった。

Love the location of Vira Bali Boutique Hotel and the atmosphere. The Vira Bali very cozy and friendly. The only issue was breakfast, it was not much of a selection (American food). Overall, it was a great experience staying there.

The location of the property is great. Easy to walk to different restaurants, beach and other attractions. Asked for early checkin but could not get in until 2pm. The staff did not make any attempt to help in this area.
