Only way to sum up this hotel is truly amazing. Our first time staying at The Mahata. What a beautiful boutique type stay. The room was amazing. Beautiful pool. The staff are so friendly and cant do enough for you, always addressing you by name. The food and service impeccable. Can't speak highly enough. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again on our return to Bali 10/10

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Kuta! We had an amazing stay at Avanya Resort Bali Kuta. The location is perfect — close to the beach yet peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable. Staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The pool area is stunning, and the breakfast spread was delicious. A perfect blend of luxury and Balinese hospitality. Highly recommended!

This was our first time at the Magani and the outstanding customer service blew us away. We have stayed at higher end hotel with poorer service. The lobby is bright and spacious as are the rooms. So if you come to Bali it’s got to be the Magani simply for the smiles and the level of customer care! Well done and we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Aloft Bali Kuta. The hotel was spotlessly clean and perfectly located in the heart of Kuta, right next to the stylish Beachwalk Shopping Center, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We travelled around Bali and stayed in several places, but the service from the Marriott staff here was by far the best. We would happily stay again!

The complimentary airport shuttle was a wonderful sight at our 1.30am pickup. Lovely quiet, clean spacious room. Good breakfast plenty of choice and nice outdoors seating.

Rama Residence Padma is an amazing hotel for those coming to Bali and wishing to stay in the Legian/Seminyak area. The location is situated a few minutes from the beach, the hotel has a lovely pool and lounge area and great amenities. However, the real USP is the customer service - the staff are helpful and friendly and for a hotel so reasonably priced this really sets it apart from some of its higher priced competitors. The hotel is tucked away nicely and you forget you’re in busy Kuta, however it’s close enough to everything. Every member of staff in the hotel were warm, welcoming and friendly. We didn’t have any problems during our stay, however I feel assured that if we did they would work hard and attentively to resolve them. reasonably well priced, easy 10 min walk to central Kuta and 5 mins to beach. We stayed at a much nicer place at Legian earlier but at 3 times this rate you expect that. Overall good place to stay. Not noisy and not too far out from central Kuta. Free drop off to airport nice too.

Room was clean and quiet, the staff are helpful and friendly and it is so convenient to get off a late night international flight and walk to your room. We always stay at this hotel on our arrival into Bali and are always happy.

The Stones Hotel is a Sheer delight The staff all super friendly kind and helpful. The food was tasty, and we ate breakfast lunch and dinner and all three meals were delicious and fresh.
