"Wonderful experience at this hotel. We stayed in the business suite the day of our wedding in Kyiv. I contacted the hotel through hotels.com to ask if they could do something special for my new spouse. They had a bottle of bubbly and some delicious chocolates waiting for us. She really liked that! We liked the place so much that we stayed an extra day. Conveniently located by some delicious restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here very much! "

"The property is good overall and Julia at the reception is exceptional. She was very helpful to get us checked in with our toddler daughter traveling with us.
This location is good as well to walk around to the Plaza close by and worked out for our needs. "

"I was picked up at the airport as requested, and punctually.
Arrived the apartment, was shown how the keys worked, the appliances, and left to settle in. Any questions I had were answered promptly and I was thoroughly pleased with the accommodations. Only issues I had were due to my lack of competency in the native language, and figured out most of it myself through trial and error. Picked up for return ride to airport punctually, great place, great people.. Thank you Yurii and Sasha"
"I’m staying in this hotel for the third time-it’s always enjoyable. The location is fantastic-just two minutes walking from Khreshatik, Tcum. The property is clean, the staff is welcoming and helpful. The only down side of the hotel-there is no elevator-it’s not easy with heave luggage, but the concierge lady was really nice and helped us to bring down the part of it. Thank you!! I will be back!"
