"The first room was not made up. The front door did not lock on the next two rooms. They were having trouble getting another room so I had to leave and stay with relatives. They said to contact Hotels.com for a refund. I tried for two hours to contact Hotels.com but was either put on hold or sent in button circle. I would like a refund if there is anyone or any bot reading this note. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE. Check in was fine but then once we got to the room that’s where it went South. The room was filthy , the sheets had blood, bodily fluids and covered in someone else’s hair. Everything in the room was covered in dust and the toilet seat was cracked in half. We returned to the desk where the worker did appologize and gave us another room , that was even worse. Everything was broke in there , tv and cabinets and then there was no comforters and the sheets were dirty as well. "
