This hotel is not very old, so it presents really well. Reception were very helpful. I was leaving for country Japan, so had my large bag taken to Tokyo. Such a great service! The location was excellent too!

Nice and comfy but service needs to be improved
The location is super convenient and easy to locate. Stayed for 2 nights at the premier twins which was comfortable and clean. The only downside was the receptionists' attitude, they were only polite and helpful to the domestic travelers but not to the international travelers. We were having such a hard time to ask them helping to make restaurants booking which was almost like begging them to help. If they're so unwilling to help foreign tourists, then they shouldn't be in the hospitality industry.

Crowded and busy, but that’s because it is a good place to stay. In a quiet neighborhood but convenient for catching buses, accessible to other areas. The rooms were fine, clean, quiet. The staff was very nice and helpful though a little overworked with so many customers

This hotel is very clean. It is a newer hotel that is tastefully designed in Japanese aesthetics. They have used high end materials throughout and the shower and Toto toilet are exceptional quality. All this for a low to medium price. Great value.
