Very happy with a stay. Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, clean room. We had kitchen in the room which was nice. The bathroom had space for drying laundry with a heating and drying fan on top.

Muy buena experiencia
La habitacion de Hello Kitty es impresionante a mi hija le encanta este personaje y por eso fuimos, se fue encantada con la experiencia(té, hilo dental, cepillos de dientes etc, todo es de hello kitty) lo unico que no esperes un servicio personalizado, te atienden desde una ubicacion remota y uno mismo llena su ingreso, hasta los pasaportes escaneas, hay que dejar la habitacion limpia y sacar la basura para no esperar cargos extras ojo con eso.

Much smaller and congested than advertised, nothing like pictures on Expedia. Room was very dirty, there was dust all over, couch had big bad spots, beds were missing sheets and there was no one on the property to speak to as it’s managed remotely. Recommend staying away, not worth the money.

10 minutes walk from Kyoto station, reception staff was very kind, shuttle bus service was good. Except for the narrow room, it was good because it had a convenient function. There was no hairdryer in the bathroom, so I asked the receptionist and got it the next day and used it. It was uncomfortable because the location of the TV was too high. I needed one more table chair than a stool.

The check-in desk is at a different location from the actual unit, so it's a little bit of a hassle, but the actual process was easy and the staff was nice and helpful. The unit has a small kitchen with a microwave, a hot plate and a washing machine. It also came with laundry soap. It was very quiet and the location was nice, it wasn't too far to walk to restaurants or convenience stores.

Appartement et parties communes très propres! L’espace est largement pour circuler correctement à 4! Personnel très gentil. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas un seul jour de ménage pendant les 5 nuits où nous sommes restés. Par ailleurs nous sommes fumeurs et avions pris l’appartement avec la plus grande terrasse exprès! Or il est interdit de fumer y compris sur la terrasse :-/ Ce n’est pas très grave, il y a une smoking room au rdc, mais il serait bon de le préciser dans le descriptif! Sinon tout était parfait!

And we clean the room once after you check out. As for the smoking place, we post the information that all the rooms are non-smoking and there is an designated smoking space in the facility on the booking site. We appreciate your understanding.

It's kind of central, hence, it's convenient to travel. The property is very clean with high security. Staff are very helpful & friendly. This is the 4th time I have been in Kyoto for free & easy trip but this is the best place to stay. Because the toilet, kitchenette, and amenities in the room are quite advanced, new, & very easy to use. We love this place though the room is a bit cramp but sufficient & comfortable to stay. Great place to stay and I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends as well as staying here whenever I come to Kyoto. Thank you so much, Resi Stay The Kyoto!!!!

酒店很乾淨, 但附近配套是沒有的, 交通也很差, 找餐廳/藥妝都比較遠. 也因為是這樣, 酒店的環境比較寧靜.

Thank you for your comment. Our accommodation is located in residential area. Also let you know that it takes about 10-15 mins walk to Kyoto station. From Kyoto station, it is easy to access any place in Kyoto city.

Like: clean and quiet. The transfer service from the reception near the main train station and the service to transport the luggages back to the reception are an excellent gesture. Dislike: Location is not very central. Needs some walking to attractions or transportation.

completely new building. However, there is terrible smelling in room. After staying 10 minutes in the room, both my wife and I feel terrible headache and disgusting. Finally, I must give up my reservation without refund and find another hotel to stay by myself. Really bad experience.

Thank you for your feedback and we apologize that you felt uncomfortable at our accommodation. As you let you know that you were bothered by the smelling of your room, we suggested that you could move to other rooms of this accommodations or our other facilities. We apologize again that we could not meet your request. As this accommodation is new and refurbished, there may have been some slight newbuilding smell but some of our staff checked the room, and few felt uncomfortable. Other guests staying at the accommodation did not complain about the smell, so we decided this room had no problem to accommodate guests. If our cleaning staff feel excessive smelling, our team will go check the room and deal with it. So, while this may be an issue for some sensitive guests, most guests will not have problems even at our new accommodations. But if guests have any concerns or special needs, we encourage them to reach out to us.

Jeder, der nach Kyoto reist, sollte sich Resi Stay anschauen! Tolle Betreuung von Buchung über Ankunft bis sogar nach der Abreise. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttle-Bus zur Location und das gebuchte Appartment war mit Abstand das größte unseres gesamten Japan-Trips, super ausgestattet mit Küche und großem Bad. Besonderes Goodie: es gibt einen vorinstallierten Netflix Account auf dem Fernseher im Zimmer, so dass man sich nicht mit japanischen Fernsehen rumärgern muss (das leider so gar kein fremdsprachiges Programm bietet). Von uns eine klare Empfehlung!

割とお安いお値段で、口コミがまだ無かったので初め不安でしたが、調べたらグループさん?のホテルだったので予約しました。お部屋が空いていたらしくグレードアップしてくださって、工事で迷惑をかけるからと、宿泊料を無料にしてくださいました。結局工事は気にならなかったので、素敵な対応に感謝しています。キッチン用品や洗濯洗剤も買い足す必要は全くなく、お料理や洗濯ができたのでありがたかったです。京都駅からホテルまで歩いて移動していましたが、途中のスーパーが、買い物をするのにちょうど良かったです。個人的にはNetflixが無料で観れるサービスがとても重宝しました。ついつい夜更かししてしまいました。1階にある無料のコーヒーマシンも良かったです。全体的に写真通りで、とても綺麗で、内装も素敵なデザインで、また利用させていただきたいと思いました。駅前でチェックイン出来るのも便利でした。ありがとうございました。

静かな所にあり 部屋には冷蔵庫 洗濯機 調理器具もあり長期ステイには良いかも 京都駅から歩いて15分 駅からバスでどの観光地にも行けるので大変便利な立地ですね。
