"Found this little hotel kind of on a whim. The village of Goshen itself is a very quaint little town with various shops and a small downtown area. This hotel blends in with the backdrop, so its little tricky to spot, but when you are inside, you would think you were in a posh midtown hotel. "If you're booking a special room through a third-party platform, be sure! Definitely call the hotel staff.Since I was traveling with my baby, I booked a large bed accessible room a month in advance. We got there a bit late that night and the front desk didn't tell us anything and just assigned us a regular room. Because the smoke alarm went off that night, everyone had to go outside and wait. When it was over, I asked about my room type and whether I could get a different room the next day....

"Everything about this property was wonderful except their contract with the government to house army personnel. I do not want to be bombarded by having to deal with army personnel and you know what that means when there is a large block of rooms booked... "

"We absolutely LOVED staying here. We had a 1-bedroom suite and stayed for a few days (we have a 4 year old and 8 month old). Felt like we were staying in an apartment because of all of the amenities. They also had the best continental breakfast I've had anywhere; they had gluten free options, healthy breakfast options and dairy free milk. Everything was clean and had 0 smell. "I purchase a studio suite, when I checked in, they gave me a regular queen room. I explain to them that this is not the room I purchased. First the worker told me that there was nothing he could do about it since it was purchased through a third party and I needed to contact Expedia. Because the room cost more than what I paid for that's why I got the room they gave me. "I'm not sure this is a hotel as much as a long-term shelter. The "guests" seem to be residents. The rooms themselves appear "lived in." Everything's old and outdated and smells like smoke. It only seemed like a hotel because of the Wyndham name attached and that it's next to a Marriot and Hampton Inn. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the blaringTVs coming from rooms on either side. Maybe just convert this place into a proper shelter for the people with children who really need it. But...
