"Having visited the Flamingo many times between 1994 & 2000 we where curious as to how the hotel had changed / improved . We loved our 1 night stay & our seriously considering to book a 1 week stay in October as we loved it so much . We were in a 1st floor room which have been very recently modernised . It was a fantastic room super comfortable . The reception staff , management & waiting on staff , cleaners etc were all excellent . The hotel should be commended for its excellent hospitality...

"Their address is wrong on any maps app. if you plug in their official address, you get a spot 2km from the location, a different campground that is much closer to town. Feels like a bait and switch. Also - not for the quiet traveller. Even though they have "quiet hours from 0-8, they don't mention the nighly shows by the central

that run from 21:30 to 00:00 and reverberate through THE ENTIRE CAMPGROUND. Good luck getting an early night. The expectation there is that you will only sleep...
