The Hotel has a lovely big swimming pool and nice grounds and the rooms are a great size. However, the property could benefit from some maintenance and upgrades. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. I would stay again,

A nice quiet place not far from the plaza. Saddle back tamarin monkeys and lots of birds on the property. A nice place to chill by the pool in the gardens.

A hotel that has sadly seen better days.

The hotel could be so much nicer but looks worn and uncared for. For instance, there are many weeds growing in the tiles around the swimming pool. Breakfast was rather simple. Rooms are clean though. Staff do not speak English and reception seems to close about 10pm, which was an issue when trying to get our room key when we returned from outside at 11pm.

u pasado(Río Schilcayo) fue mucho mejor El anterior operador de este Hotel, que en su época fue el único cinco estrellas que tenía Tarapoto, ha dejado de ser lo que fue y ahora bajo la nueva administración de la Derrama Magisterial Hoteles es uno más del montón Enl cambio se siente desde que uno llega al lobby , los papeles de Checkin no los tienen pre impresos hay que llenarlos, la asignación de las habitaciones es en momento e incluso hacen consultas con el área de mentenimiento para ver si están operativos. En nuestro caso la habitación tenía el aire acondicionado en mal estado, pedimos servicio especializado, llegaron lo trataron de arreglar pero fue en vano, al final tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación. Sus instalaciones muy amplias, pero con notorio descuido, las áreas comunes se ve que necesitan un poco más atención, el comedor aún con el mismo mobiliario de antaño ya no tiene AC, pero su cocina sobre todo en platos regionales sigue siendo de lo mejor y ofrecen un almuerzo o cena tipo menú bastante bueno Los Bungalow aun mantienen su elegancia y prestancia aunque con mobiliario con muchos años a cuestas, pero eso si su ropa de cama y tohallas muy limpias, aunque algo gastadas En general en los ambientes comunes se ve mucho descuido, salones con sillas y mesas muy gastadas y los muebles del lobby necesitan un buen mantenimiento Sus precios están por debajo de sus pares, no podría ser de otra forma, pero aún así su relación calidad/precio es regular

Un hotel en la ciudad que parece selva

Todo el personal del hotel muy amable. Pagué por una cama queen pero sus camas eran de 2 plazas. No hay mucha variedad en el restaurante.
