"Check-in was confusing since no one at desk and no contact info provided. Others arriving later had same problem. Rooms all need good airing out to clear mouldy smell. Construction on back of property includes hole in shower wall on our room. Wifi was decent. "

"Pros: - Very kind staff, they really seemed to care about their clients. - 24/7 check in and services including WhatsApp communication in need of assistance. - I mentionned to the staff what I had difficulties with (see cons about humidity) but they informed me that there wasn't much they could do to help and couldn't accommodate me with another room at that time. "Great service. Location was wonderful. No heater in the room but had good down blankets on the beds. Older rooms but clean. There are common areas to hang out in with others but a 10p noise rule. Allowed us to fill up water bottles with filtered water. The only con I have would be that the reception person told us that they could not use American credit cards and we had to pay in cash. No problem but would have liked to know in advance to ensure we had enough cash. Would stay again."

"Our room was so full of mold and mildew it was hard to enter it. Water seemed to seep onto the bathroom floor. All our clothes reeked of mold so we had to wash them when we got to Cusco. They staff were great but I would never recommend a stay here."

"Pas de papier toilette à mon arrivée. Pas de serviette ni de savon. Eau froide, demander pour avoir de l'eau chaude. Si il y a assez d'eau dans le chauffe eau! Ce qui ne fut pas mon cas. Très bruyant, lumineux avec des rideaux en papier. Réveillé chaque heure de la nuit par la famille tenancière qui parle, bouge, etc... Ce n'est pas une vérité écrite, mais mauvaise expérience. (Crevé le lendemain )"

"Esperamos muito quando chegamos pq ninguém achava nossa reserva, que inclusive já estava paga. O quarto era limpo, porém quase congelamos pq não tinha água quente no chuveiro, inclusive falamos com outros hospedes que estavam na mesma situação. Café da manhã simples, fomos pedir ovos e falaram que tinhamos que pagar pelos ovos. O hotel fica bem localizado , bem próximo a estação de trem ."

"The hotel was very gracious to hold all of our luggage while we made the trip to Machu Picchu. They secured it in a room off the main lobby. The lobby was clean and had comfortable sofas. I had an issue with the reservation Hotel.com charged me for the room but the hotel didn't have the reservation. I was with others so was able to stay in another room. All together we had 3 rooms but only one had hot water. The hotel isn't too far from the train and we were able to walk. They let us stay past...
