"I can see this that this is probably not the last time that I’m going to come to Lourdes and I will definitely stay here again unless I find a hotel that clearly outshines the hotel solitude, which is doubtful but possible. The staff couldn’t have been any better. They were truly willing to go above and beyond to make sure that our Stay was comfortable and their information was very good. The Downstairs buffet seemed a little pricey, but the upstairs first floor café was good enough for a quick snack or drink. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool, but we did check it out and it looks awesome little small but the view is epic."

"Great location. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly. Don’t pay for parking as there is free parking at the bottom of the road in the big car park. The outdoor pool was so unclean. It was apparently closed which was a surprise in Sunmer and during a heatwave but we were not informed of this. There were some residents jumping into it and I’d imagine they would have been poorly next day! Although the rooms were clean, the balconies were really dirty. We can to clean the surfaces to be able to lean on them. There were no chairs to sit out which was a shame. There was space in front of the balcony which had all broken glass and an old poor towel that had been left. Not nice to look onto. Our superior double had a coffee machine but in the 3 days we were there we only got two pods and they didn’t get restock each day. Same for the bottle of water. When we asked at reception we reluctantly got a further two. Overall a good hotel with a great location. Attention to detail could be better."
