The couple that run it are very engaging and helpful and the food, prepared by the husband, is simply outstanding. It is very much in the country and a great place to relax and disconnect, which was what we wanted from the experience. "We arrived to the Girona airport very late at 1 am. I called the hotel and they sent the shuttle over to pick us up. In the morning we caught the shuttle back over to the airport and purchased bus tickets for the bus that took us directly to the north Barcelona station. The hotel room was very clean and well maintained. The pool and spa / hot baths area were clean and beautiful. We didn’t eat at the property except for a morning cafe latte, but the breakfast looked good. The front desk staff...

"Outstanding. We were upgraded to a suite upon arrival. The room was huge, comfy bed and sheets, Nespresso machine and lots of places to unpack our stuff. Excellent location, easily walkable to the many sites and restaurants. 1 km from train station too which was an added bonus. Would def come back. "
