"This condo was amazing!! I especially loved that the bus stop was right across the street and there was a small cafe for coffee! The staff was amazing and went above to help with anything we needed. We stayed with our 2 girls and the 2 bedroom was perfect for our family! Grocery store was a few bus stops away so we could stock up for the week we stayed in DC. I recommend this property 100%. "

"Loved the security of my stay. Key required to enter property as well as the room. Added safety & extra protection. Very important for an older customer. The only drawback was I wasnt aware that although there were only 2 levels, there was no elevator and I walk with a cane. Next time I'll make certain to book on the first floor. I would definitely stay there again."

"Kasa Del Ray was a perfect selection! They were very accommodating and prompt. The location was close to so much plus a cool restaurant right next door. The parking was great! Just an overall enjoyable stay. I plan to stay there again when I visit the DMV."

"The beds were extremely comfortable. The facilities were beyond our expectations! I was concerned about the parking at first since it’s run through Park mobile and not the hotel but there were plenty of spaces and it wa easy to arrange for parking. Every time I reached out for assistance or with questions I got thorough answers quickly. Amazing find near DC. I will never stay in DC again. This will be our new go to place to stay."

"We loved this rental! The host called us on our way to confirm and we had great communication during our entire stay. Keys were easy to find, paid parking pass was worth it (though there was plenty of street parking), convenient store in the basement, and very hot water which I LOVED! My family of 5 was able to comfortably sprawl out and enjoy ourself. Thank you Margarita! Your home was so lovely. "

"Fabulous views of WA mon. from big picture windows in bedroom and living room! Great natural light - huge windows! Spacious! Felt homey! Fantastic, comfortable bed! I would recommend that the cleaning company clean the lint from dryer regularly - it was very full which is a fire risk. "The property was nice, very active building with a concierge at the front desk. They are not attached with the rental company just for the property. The apartment had almost all the cookware and working appliances for meals, nice touch was the dishwasher and if you needed a washer/dryer it was located in the apartment. Beds were comfortable, a bit stiff which is how I like it but you may be left wanting. The metro entrance is less than a block away(easiest way around town for sightseeing). Be...
