We stayed the night before our cruise. $25 cab ride away from airport and from cruise terminal. Cabbie did not recognize hotel name as it was called something else. Staff did not speak English but check in was easy. Rooms were a good size. Very basic amenities. Just a bed and a table and chair ( I think). No towels in room. I think there was a small soap. Front desk guy went to find some towels for us. Bathroom was poorly lit and slightly moldy. Water was cold. Breakfast was eggs, toast, juice and coffee. Staff member serving was friendly.

There was no room available. They said they were overbooked. However staff vey helpful and moved us over to Hotel Olympia two buildings away and paid more. I booked way ahead in Jan for our Feb 3rd stay but waited an hour to be told there is no room! Not happy that they were overbooked and did not inform us ahead of time!

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Comfortable bed nestled in a cozy and clean room. All the staff that I encountered were courteous and helpful. The only drawback for me was that the tv channel selection wasn’t very good.

The hotel has a good location and it’s close to stores. The area is a bit dangerous due to traffic. The staff is excellent and very helpful, but sometimes forgot to send us clean towels. The room was a bit dirty and we found some socks under the bed that weren’t ours. A few thing in the room were dirty, but the rest was clean. All windows a shut for security reason, so the room is very dark. Breakfast had very limited selections, but the food was good. A few things broke down that made the experience a bit uncomfortable. The hotel has a lot of potential. It just needs a little love.

All rooms that were booked through expedia were double booked.No rooms were available. No one spoke english at the counter, which made it very difficult to sort out. Went to another hotel and expedia will not refund my money as hotel will not return their communication
