Gute Lage in La Spezia zum Besuch der Quinque Terre. Ruhig mit Parkstreifen vor der Tür. Modernes Zimmer mit kleinem Bad. Tolles Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis.

A good place to stay for a couple of nights. It’s beautifully refurbished and v clean. Breakfast is nice too. It’s quite a walk into town or the train station, 30 mins or so, but there’s a a v good pizza place just down the road. We arrived mid afternoon which does not fit in with the hotels checking in hours, but after a phone call we were able to get in, much appreciated after a very long drive.

We are traveling trough Europe celebrating our honeymoon, we stopped at this place and there was suspicious people around the property, we felt very unsafe when a guy came asking for money, we tried contacting the hotel but he had no response, so we contacted hotels.com.. as much as they tried to help they could not do anything to solve the problem… this is a very dangerous area and I will not suggest anyone to stay here, I will try to get my money back because this was a horrible experience!!!

Super friendly staff, very clean and spacious rooms and a nice selection of breakfast items. Had a great view over the town as well. Bit of a walk into town but the trade-off is you're away from the crowds. Easy parking available on the street.

Un peu excentré du centre ville (30 min à pied), mais un bon petit hôtel : accueil chaleureux, chambre et salle de bain refaite à neuf, très propre. Possibilité de dîner sur place, simple mais bienvenu compte tenu de la localisation

Mycket bra B&B
Mycket trivsamt, rent och fräscht B&B. Bra service. Gratis parkering på gatan utanför. Ligger ett ca 1 km från city så det kan vara lite långt att gå. Men det finns en busshållplats ca 100 meter från hotellet. Rummen verkade nyligen renoverade, det fanns kyl med vatten, en trivsam balkong och fungerande AC.

Location was good,free parking, ok breakfast. What we didnt like this time around is the lack of cleaning unfortunately! Towels were not replaced, trash was was not emptied, tea cup we drank tea in were not replaced or even removed!

Disgusting
Emiliano seems very kind but he is not when you are facing problems. I received a very unpleasant and inconsiderate treatment from him. If you are lucky you wont ge to meet the real Emiliano, so maybe worth trying. But after knowing who he really is, staying at a place that is run by someone like him is double creepy, because he really does a good job of pretending to be nice, but uggghh... If you decide to go, I wish you don't have to face the real him!

The location is very central/very close to many major attractions. You can walk to almost everything you would want to see. You have to use public parking, which cost us 22 Eu for one night - so that part is relativel expensive. We only stayed there for one night so no big deal, but if you were staying for several days that would add up.

Great place to stay in La Spezia
The room was nice and clean and the beds very comfortable. We loved not being directly in town - much more quiet that way! Everyone from the desk to the breakfast room was super helpful and friendly. Would not hesitate to stay at this B&B again.

We stayed here on arrival after a fifteen-hour flight from San Francisco. They were nice enough to wait up for us. The hotel is in a residential district. It was very dark at that hour, so it was a challenge to find given the street layout, but persistence paid off. A clean, comfortable, quiet room net all of our needs. We booked a second night prior to our flight home, as it is convenient to the airport.

Très peu logement avec vue sur le port et le lever de soleil. Très belle chambre de style très contemporain et spacieuse. L'insonorisation entre les chambres pourraient être meilleure, afin de ne pas partager la même discussion (un peu exagérer), le plus étant entre hall d'entrée et chambre. Le propriétaire est très attentionné et sympathique.

Excelente! Ficamos num quarto para 3 pessoas, com uma cozinha pequena mas muito bem equipada para o essencial. Excelente atendimento, o senhor desfez-se em simpatia e ajudou-nos e mimo-nos em tudo o que lhe era possível. Recomendo vivamente. 😊
