Check-in was efficient and friendly. We arrived at 3.30am and were offered an extra night at a reduced rate, which was very good as my wife and I were ready to sleep. The restaurant meals were a bit hit and miss as certain things were not available. The buffet breakfast was nice but a few more variations for the foreigner would help. All the staff were attentive and friendly. Special mention for the breakfast staff and the room attendant.

Nice corner room with a dual aspect view which made the room nice and light. Enjoyable breakfast with a lot of choice.

We have enjoyed our stay the room is excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful. The Wifi and breakfast are excellent. The kitchenette was a bonus as I was able to cook talbos ng sayote which I have been craving for years and when I requested for some calamansi they came and gave me a few.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location, the open air design of the hotel lets you get a feeling of being up amongst the Pine trees in the mountains of Baguio. Staff were great, we loved every minute of our stay. Little negative, as with the rest of the Philippines, Wifi not the best in the room.

Clean comfortable hotel. Views where ok. We couldnt see towards the park and sm mall though. No balcony, no coffee making facilities in the room, although hot and cold water available from the water dispencer on each floor. We stayed 7 days , so ate out most days, local restaurants are nice, Abucus was lovely with really nice food, Gerrys was ok. Food was ok too. Property/ hotel os way situated at city center of Baguio. Just a 3mins walk to Baguio Cathedral and main road of Baguio-session road. Less than 10 mins. walk to SM Baguio city and 10-15mins walk to Victory bus station. The hotel is listed as 3 star hotel but it can be well deserved to be upgraded to 4 star hotel. Good communication with the provider helped answer questions before arriving, plus were accommodating in checking in late and leaving early. We stayed in a one bed apartment in bonbel and it easily accommodated a family of 2 adults and 3 children. The apartment had secure parking, 24/7 security and a gym and sauna.
