"La chambre très belle et propre, matelas confo. Une boîte de kleenex aurait été apprécié ainsi qu’un pichet d’eau. Dans la salle de bain, des débarbouillettes et produits de soin corporel locaux auraient étapprécié.

"L'Estello est un bijou caché! Avec son personnel aux petits soins, notre suite avec vue sur le lac Mégantic et leur tout mignon spa pour se détendre en nature, tout y était pour que notre séjour soit mémorable. Nous y retournerons assurément! "
