"This property was clean and convenient. The pool and breakfast were great."

"When I arrived, the front desk man was very nice, but I went up to my room (Room 316) and neither of my keys worked. I took the elevator back downstairs and he made new keys then said he would go with me to see if they worked. The second set also did not work. He opened my door with his keys and told me he would bring my keys back when the issue was fixed. I ended up just staying in my room for the night and I never got any keys to my room."

"Front desk could have cared less about helping you. Morning person didn’t even attempt to help solve a problem for us. We had to wait 30 to get a cart to carry our luggage down because at 6 in the morning none were available. My husband is handicap and unable to carry our bags. She would not even get up from her chair to talk to me when I asked her for help Gentleman working kitchen said he would help me as soon as he completed some work that had to be done. I understand people use the carts...

"They allow pets, which is fine, but not in the indoor pool! My granddaughter and great grandson were in the pool when the the people came in with the dog."

"Good hotel, but you can tell it is an old property compared to the other options at this exit. Met our needs for an overnight trip but nothing else. Stairs super squeaky, like the floor below the carpet was about to crumble. Back door had a rock propping it open every time we came down the stairs, so our safety at times felt questionable. Probably won’t ever go here again. Worth the extra money to stay somewhere else."

"While it is true, the building was older and rooms were somewhat smaller, everything was clean and well put together. The staff was kind and friendly."

"Rude staff person when I checked in. Person who checked me out barely said two words and didn't ask how my stay was. THEY CHARGE FOR PARKING! Hot water in room was warm but not hot. Room was clean and comfortable."

"I booked this room for my wife and kids when they were traveling. They said the room smelled like weed, but they didn’t want to change rooms because they didn’t want to deal with the rudeness of the front desk again."

"This is an incredibly nice hotel with lots of interesting artifacts on display, an excellent conference room, nice continental breakfast, and very comfortable and spacious rooms. There are no elevators but there are only 2 floors. This may influence your decision whether to stay here if stairs are a problem for you. The staff members are articulate, very friendly and helpful. There is a local college at which many of the staff attend when not working at the hotel. The hotel offers snacks...

"No smoke detector carpet shredded place smelled it was disgusting. Somehow they up charged the rooms to almost $300 a night which I had to pay as we were out of town for a wedding and there is nothing else in the area. Place is a dump wish I could get my money back"
