"Blessed to have a full breakfast before my early morning shuttle. Front desk person was very friendly and helpful. Shuttle right on time."

"The bathroom hadn't been cleaned. There was a used bar of soap in the soap dish, a used toothbrush and toothpaste on the counter, the toilet hadn't been flushed, the trash hadn't been emptied, the sink, counter and mirror were dirty and the sheets didn't look like they had been changed."

Only one elevator was working (the one closest to our room) and we had to walk across the entire system to get to an elevator. The stairs closest to our room were cracked, causing concern.
