"It's difficult to articulate. Brilliant, wonderful, amazing, excellent, get me a thesaurus just to add to this list. From the second we arrived until the second we left the staff were there to make sure that we were looked after and happy. They quite literally can't do enough for you. The rooms are spacious and have everything. Nespresso machine, toiletries, sewing kit, bonnet de douche and little unexpected extras. "Nous avons été extrêmement déçus de l'hôtel Denise Beach Aucune communication, un petit déjeuner catastrophique (aucun aliment cuit correctement..), un service de très mauvaise qualité. Des chambres indignes d'un 4 étoiles (déco vieillotte, un carré de douche avec un rideau trop petit qui laisse passer l'eau...). Et le pompon fut le service... nous avons eu un différent avec un serveur peu serviable et nous avons du nous expliquer auprès de la réception. Du jamais vu !!! Un hôtel géré comme...

"Bellissimo hotel ad un minuto a piedi dalla spiaggia, con 3 belle piscine. Il trattamento all inclusive ottimo, con cibi e bevande davvero eccellenti. Molti prodotti erano fatti artigianalmente dai cuochi e ogni sera c'era una cena a tema. Bravissimo il cuoco addetto al barbecue, che ci ha deliziato con carni ottime. Un complimento anche alla cuoca addetta a sfornare dolci e salati fatti a mano. Anche di notte puoi avere caffè, cappuccino,acqua e succhi di frutta a volontà. Pulizia delle camere...
