"We’ve just had a wonderful stay at White Shell. Everything was provided that we required. Some enjoyable restaurants nearby but we had a hire care so explored other towns too. The bikes and padel were welcome additions to our stay. Breakfast had all that was needed and very relaxed atmosphere. The wicker trolley was a bonus too to assist with carrying towels to and from the pool!"

"Staff was very unprofessional, ordered 5 drinks at the hotel bar with my family before going out for a dinner reservation, 40 mins later drinks hadn’t arrived and we were going to be late for our reservation. only one drink was made, so i cancelled the order but the staff got upset and started talking back and demanded i pay the €12 for the drink she had made out of the 5 i had asked for. very uncomfortable and unprofessional. hotel is clean enough though."

"Our check in process was not smooth. Upon booking on Expedia I used the search parameters for 1 adult + 2 children. I booked a one bedroom suite knowing the pull out sofa will be used for my second child. I chose to add buffet breakfast as prompted when selecting the room. I paid EUR27 for the ‘add on’.
