"TLDR: Great staff, super friendly, pretty clean except a couple things, beautiful property with great scenery, incredibly safe, friendly people, respectful roommates. Bring shoes for the bathrooms, and an extra blanket as rooms run cold.
I am about halfway through my stay here as a solo traveler, and it has been awesome. The dorms are great, people are incredibly considerate, the beds are clean, and its quiet. I booked an all-female dorm, and the only negative experience I had was when I woke up and there was a man accidentally booked into the dorm. After a short conversation, it was fixed within literally 5 minutes, so id still rate it a net positive experience.
The shared bathrooms are pretty great and cleaned daily. You get a towel upon checking in, and there is a disability accessible private shower. The shared standing shower units are very comfortable and also have stools. There is thin carpet in the bathroom, and that makes the floor slightly sticky, so wear shoes if you choose to use them.
The common areas are huge, and very comfortable, both indoors and outdoors, 10/10.
The kitchen is great, has private bins for folks to store food, and has all the tools you need to cook, 10/10.
There are many restaurants and beautiful scenery within 10 minute walks from the hotel, as well as grocery stores within a mile. Its a 5-10 minute walk away from the bus stop and there are loads of free busses to and from surrounding towns.
Overall, I will definitely stay here again."
