"I am so surprised that this hotel is ranked so high. My room is building D was not good. The curtains were stained. The bathroom shower was not good! The furniture was worn, chipped and in disrepair. The room was not very clean. The bed was comfortable, the staff kind, and the shuttle service is great."

"The property was nice (except for the construction) but the staff did not seem happy at all. Upon check in I was the sixth individual in line and the front desk staff member was in no hurry to get people checked in. By the time Hannah got the first individual checked in there was eleven individuals waiting to check in. After 20 minutes of patiently waiting I got my room key but no information about the hotel. My philosophy is you can have a pristine facility and if the staff is not happy it doesn't seem as good. Turn that around, if you have a less than pristine facility but the staff is upbeat and happy, the facility seems better than it actually is."
