even though they were renovating with large containers in parking lot there was still ample parking. my main concern with hotels are cleanliness which they were very clean. i was able to sleep peacefully.

Wonderful stay
The staff were very kind and friendly and made us feel welcome. The parking lot was well-lit and I felt safe. The room and the premises in general were clean and maintained. The room temp was cool and comfy as soon as we walked in the door. It was all nice and bright and clean. The bed was comfortable and it was area was quiet so we were able to relax and to sleep well.

Rooms were updated nicely except for the sofa bed and recliner. Both were old and very uncomfortable. The bed on the couch you could feel all the bars and was sinking in the middle. The recliner once reclining you had to get up in order to get it to go back to normal

I stayed there with 4YO daughter and 12YO nephew and we all had a great time! The hotel is family friendly, the staff was very cordial and helpful and the manager was very nice & friendly. My daughter accidently made a long distance phone call *kids smh* that ran up to $100 bucks and the manager was AWESOME and wiped that off from our bill which was very thoughtful. The Kids enjoyed hanging out at the pool which opens until 10 pm. I personally enjoyed the in-room kitchen as I could cook a decent meals for my family that we took to Surfside Beach where we spent most of our days, swimming, lounging and enjoying our home made meals at the beach :-). I would definitely recommend this place to families. Wonderful facilities and superb customer service! Did I mention they are also close most shops, Walmart, Bucees, Kohls...you name it..which was a bonus for quick shopping runs.

The facility including the room was good. We understood that the price was a bit steep compared to other times we’ve made reservations & stayed at this hotel because it was a Spring break weekend. The highlight of our stay was the reception at the front desk! I can’t remember her name but she was very friendly and accommodated our request.
