"Parking was a breeze, the staff was absolutely wonderful! From checking us in early, to the pool staff, shuttle service, room service, and check out, the entire staff was constantly impressing us with their kindness and generosity. "The duvet had blood on it and instead of a bed skirt they used a ragged white fitted sheet (classless). There were trays along the hallways with leftover food and trash not removed for at least 8 hours. Hallways were not air conditioned so you nearly passed out walking forever from the garage to your room. No hot water in the bathroom sink; to get hot water in the shower and sink, you had to turn on the tub and let it run constantly. Room coffee was horrible and there was trash behind the coffee...

"Our stay was phenomenal. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was super comfy. Most of the casino has been renovated. It was bright, clean and has a great variety of gaming options. Love the addition of the Yard House bar and restaurant. Will definitely return to Sunset Station soon."
