"Upon check-in the room had not been throughly cleaned, there were dirty items left from previous occupant and the carpet had not been vacuumed."

Super slow and bad signal strength both on the Floor 2 network and the Floor 2 Guest network. It was really bad. Nobody could stay here and get a little work done. It barely worked. "

"I love IHG/Holiday Inn Express. This location is so wonderful! The staff is amazing. The property is beautiful and very quiet. I prefer to take the 20 minute drive down to the beaches in favor of waking up to peace and quiet every morning. If you’re looking for a laid-back atmosphere, but still relatively close to everything in the Fort Walton Beach/Destin area, this property checks all the boxes. Thank you."

"Room was clean, AC worked great, bed was comfortable, quiet area, pool was beautiful and enjoyable, lobby clean and welcoming. The staff was all helpful from the desk clerk, owner and the housekeeper and groundsman who hand delivered pool towels when our hands were full. Great, low price. I'll stay here again"

"Kitchen had a small stove top, but full refrigerator. Everything was great!! Only down fall for me was no bathtub, just small shower. The pull out couch was broke, but they plan to fix it. I love this place and a great place for families🙂 The staff was great and even played a movie on the projector screen by the pool for the kids. "

And extra gratitude to the breakfast kitchen staff. A spotlessly clean breakfast buffet and dining area. The food was delicious and the variety was impressive. The nicest you could ask for. We always look for a Hampton when we travel, and the Ft. Walton Beach hotel is one of the nicest we have ever stayed at."

"The room was clean, and the breakfast was very good—though there is a charge for it. They have a shuttle cart to take you to the beach, which is a 5-to-10-minute walk away. They charge $5 per day for parking, but the lot is good and secure. The area is nice; there are shops right across the street, and several different restaurants within walking distance."
