"We appreciated having access to the pool since we arrived sooner than the check-in and we were able to leave our suitcases at the front desk while our room was being prepared. We were also able to grab a few items for breakfast since we had an early flight."

"Everyone was kind and welcoming, breakfast was prepared nicely and staff would assist if we asked to have items warmed in a microwave. Even after breakfast was over one staff member gave me some orange juice which was so kind! My housekeeping staff did our bed and cleaned the bathroom everyday. This is what sets Airbnb apart from hotels, you want to feel taken care of when you are away and I will come back to this Hampton Inn again."

"This hotel is in a great location near a variety of restaurants, coffee shop, theater and shops. The access to the toll road made it super easy to get to all the attractions without the I-4 headaches....!! I would definitely stay there again....! The room was spacious and reminded me more of a studio apartment than a hotel. I loved it"

"My room had a bad mini fridge and it wasn’t working. So I called the engineer and he replaced it with a worse fridge. Then they came again to put in another one that wasn’t cooling my medicine at all. I had to keep them in an ice filled bucket, day in and night in to keep my medicine from going bad. Horrible experience/service!!!!"

"The ambiance and atmosphere of this hotel is second to none. Amazing Michelin rated restaurants such as Nami and Bacán are right on property. The staff is very nice and professional. Rooms are beautiful and technological, including a great Toto smart toilet. I will definitely return to this hotel."

"The shuttle service is excellent to and from the airport"

"This was a one-night stay before our cruise and we arrived 10pm and left at 10am the next day so very quick. Shuttle from airport was great, waited about 10-15 minutes. Check in was easy. Room was clean, had to ask for more towels as there were 4 of us and only 2. Only got coffee in the morning but looked like standard fare. Would stay again especially as a before or after cruise stop."

"The pool was down for repairs. no compensation for the inconvience. Had to pay an extra $44 for parking. which is ridiculous! you pay for a room, the parking should be free. girl at check-in did not offer the free waters that other guest were offered."

"The room the I pay for it wasn’t the room I ask for a rolling in shower and I got a regular shower I pay more and I got less is very annoying for a handicap person trying to make work this is very frustrating experience"

"We could’ve stayed better. This place literally has holes and everything near it so please do remember that you will have to set your GPS to avoid the tolls because this is on a toll road. We had to pay tolls just to get into the hotel. The south was not the friendliest. It was kind of a rude environment and the cleanliness could be so much better and the property is so outdated."
