"My review is based upon disappointing housekeeping services. I was asked upon check in for my 2 night stay if I wanted housekeeping service. I said yes please. I was very disappointed to come back to the room in the evening to find no service has been performed. AND when I called down to the front desk to ask for clean towels I was informed I needed to bring down my dirties to be exchanged!!! That is extremely poor service.
No, I will not stay here again and it is highly unlikely that I will consider staying at a Best Western in the future."

"Perfect stay for our big family, we could all spread out. Older home but well kept and comfortable. We loved the big kitchen and the pool table. Right near the freeway but not too much road noise. Would definitely stay again."
