"Staff very friendly and when I told them how dissatisfied I was that we had to book the pool and pay 15 euro a person, they gave it to me for free and a late check out breakfast was included also. "Our stay at the hotel was very disappointing. The room had a very strong cigarette smell, which made it feel dirty and unpleasant. The mattress and pillows were also very uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep."

"Good Hotel for Family vacation. Alles was man braucht, kein Lärm durch die Autobahn. Kritikpunkt ist das Mittagessen, welches nur von 13-15uhr angeboten wurde für Kinder sehr spät. "Self check in. Another guest helped me find my room. No one was available to communicate my concerns and assist us. However, I checked in late. Booked a room with a balcony but received a ground floor room. Room was clean, bed comfortable and shower hot. Overall a good stay."
