"This was my first time ever going to Laconia and it was a weekend away for myself and my 23 year old daughter. We were going to a concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion and wanted to be close to the venue and make it a nice weekend away. This establishment is adorable and the staff is over the top friendly and very helpful. The room was extremely clean with very comfortable beds. I will absolutely be going again!! "The hotel has a new owner who is making improvements. The noise is almost unnoticeable at present. Seldom staff at the desk but sufficient at this tme. Part of parking is acoss the street but in about a dozen times crossing I never had to wait for vehicles. Quiet evening and night and a good breakfast."
