Top Lakeland Hotel Reviews

Best Western Premier Lakeland North

10/10 Excellent

"The property was great and the rooms very clean. The man at the front desk everyday was not at all helpful. He acted like he could barely speak English. When I told him the safe was broken, he told me he would call to get it fixed. After waiting all afternoon I told him I really needed my wallet so I could leave. Then he said no one was available in the afternoon. When I REALLY insisted, he finally called maintenance and that person was very helpful and got it open. Other than the front desk, the stay was wonderful."

Clarion Pointe Lakeland I-4

10/10 Excellent

"I would rate my experience at this hotel superior in all ways but one. The one exception would be the breakfast. I was hoping for a wider assortment during the weekdays that I stayed there. However, I do understand that addressing that could lead to significant waste since the hotel was not crowded at all during my stay there. Overall, though, I would still give it five stars and I would certainly stay there again."
