"For the price it was great. We only stayed one night. I don't think I would stay there several nights. The staff was very nice and like I said - the price was right. There needs to be an update on the bathtub shower. It was very old and needs replaced. Clean though. The same with toilet tissue holder - very old. Don't expect much for breakfast - very simple but that was okay with us. There were a couple of homeless men in the parking lot that yelled insulting words at us when we parked. It was later in the day so it was kind of creepy. The staff at the front desk quickly went outside to check it out. I'm sure they were harmless but doesn't look good for business. For one day - price was right. Beds were clean and it was quiet. Easy to find. "

"We rented a cottage - it was about 10 minutes from the pools . There was a giant snake at the pool - I informed the staff and they said someone would come over , no one ever did. I like wild life , but there were ducks landing and pooping in the pool while you were swimming , not sanitary in my opinion . My cottage was not clean when arriving we had whatever the cleaning staff swept off the floor thrown into the toilet and never flushed . We weren’t given enough supplies to last the week and there was a note stating we would have to pay extra for any cleaning / towels services needed . The cottage had broken chairs and stained rugs , it was slightly disappointing . The property at the cottages weren’t as maintained as the hotel lots of dead unpruned flowers not pretty scene like they made it out online .overall I probably wouldn’t find a reason to stay here again . Check in is also at 4 which they said they could get us in earlier - we did not get in until 4 . They say they offer early check in but I believe that was not the case"
