"At 3:00 pm check in, when I asked for a room away from traffic as I have sleep issues, the middle aged female clerk instead gave me a noisy room closest to the main road at the end of the hall. I returned to the check in counter, and a 2nd, younger clerk gave me a room midway down the hall away from the traffic noise. The room appeared to be attractive and clean, but the floors were dirty as evidenced by my newly washed sandals used in room only, becoming filthy on the bottom. The room also smelled like insecticide. There appeared to be tiny dead bugs on the floor at the bedside. Mornings after 8 am were noisy due to housekeepers constantly knocking on doors and repeating loudly "housekeeping". Speaking of housekeeping, when guests got on and off the elevators, the view on the 1st floor was the main housekeeping facility. The breakfast room was mostly high top tables, which looked unattractive. Breakfast was basic but I was ok with hard boiled eggs and raisin bran and decaf coffee. Plain water was nowhere to be found. Breakfast was from 6 to 9 am. The check in counter area also had lemon water which I can't drink as lemon irritates my stomach. The lemon water was from the previous day also until changed at 10:30 am. The coffee at the check in counter area also was old in the morning until 10:30 am."

"The pool was awesome and they played fun music. The breakfast was good too. We slept in the first day and didn’t have to rush or change rooms because the staff was so helpful and accommodating that they figured out how to get us another night in the same room the day of!! Everyone was friendly and happy and helpful and the hotel is so beautiful I’m shocked at the affordable price! Really great place to stay!"

"I was not able to stay because I had a family emergency. I tried to contact the hotel about refund but as time we’re on, I forgot about it so I never stayed at the location when I pulled up to the location. It was so many people outside hanging outside. I didn’t feel safe."

"They only had one working elevator and it barely worked. Waited forever for it and then it would take you to random floors. Ice machines were down so had to get ice at the bar. Had to have them come and redo the bed because it looked like they just threw the comforter on without changing the sheets. The toilets had to be flushed several times to get the toilet paper down. My daughter’s room had no hot water. We have been coming to this hotel for 23 years for dance competitions, and it has seriously gone down. I will say the staff was absolutely wonderful and very accommodating. But the big wigs need to take a serious look at this property and give it some major help."

"We had a very disappointing experience on Saturday, April 18th. We ended up never receiving our food. We waited a long time, and no staff member provided any explanation or updates about the delay. Eventually, we had to leave. Poor communication and service overall. Not what we expected, especially for a paid meal."
