"Our room was lovely and clean. The breakfast room was well stocked and we were invited to help ourselves to snacks anytime. The staff was helpful and personable. We only had occasion to stay one night, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we had reason to be in the area."

"This was our 2nd stay there. Both times were lakefront. Cabins 2 the first time a couple of years ago, and cabin 8 this time. Love sitting on the deck watching the wildlife. Bring your chairs to sit out there. Staff very friendly and other guests are always cool too."

"Other than the welcoming and helpful staff, our stay was totally disappointing. We reserved a king room which was very tight. The bathroom layout was particularly difficult to navigate. The toilet was low and the shower was a real squeeze. The hallways were not air conditioned and the carpets stained. The exercise room was also not airconditioned and felt like a sauna. Although we have stayed at several Country Inn and Suites in other locations, this one was HORRIBLE!! Never again!"

"Very clean property, nice 24 hour hot chocolate, coffee, and tea bar. But most importantly, extremely pleasant and helpful staff, specifically Kristen. She is 10/10 employee!! Great location, 15 min to presque isle, 5 min to excellent mall. Quiet property, good parking. The only thing I didn't like was no bathtub in room, shower only."

"The hotel is an older but was updated in some areas. Breakfast area was clean and food was amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. If I’m the Erie area again I would definitely stay again"

"The suites were a good value, kitchen, dishes, etc. The room had no soap in the shower the night we arrived and we alerted staff in the morning, they never filled the dispenser during our stay. Overall, stay was good, customer service okay."

"No drinking water. Breakfast was microwaved. Pool was empty. Room had a bad smell like a dirty hamper. We had a “Suite”, there was a heater/air conditioner in the back room but no airflow or vents in the front of the suite. The staff was amazing and kind, very friendly and accommodating. Perhaps the owners are new and they just purchased the property…I don’t know. I wish I could give a better review, if it was for the staff only my review would be stellar….but for the price point I was not...

"Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. My only annoyance was we paid a head for breakfast for myself and my child- $18 each. He was able to order a kids meal which was French toast, eggs or cereal. I was able to order off the menu. All items were cheaper off the menu. Our meals included a drink, so I guess our bottled milk and juice were over $6. Food was good just order off the menu not pay ahead! This hotel had a great pool area!"
