"Kee at the front desk during check in was absolutely amazing. We came in during a storm and she took such great care and went above and beyond! Breakfast was clean and loaded with options. Our room was spacious and newly renovated. Only complaint I’d make is the room did get really warm and we tried to adjust the thermostat and it didn’t do lower the temp. But in full disclosure I didn’t go ask the desk for help. I’m sure it would have been solved if I had asked for help. "

Immediately upon our return (we stayed 1 night on this particular occasion), we were greeted so warmly by the front desk staff. Thanks again to Ratih for ALWAYS taking SUCH great care of us! "Was an excellent stay very clean love they offer 2 free drinks at happy hour. Buffet breakfast was excellent second time staying at this location and I love it even to some of my guest said that they will book at this same location. Very large room with living room and the separation with door from living room and bedroom was amazing. "
