"Everyone was so helpful and friendly. There was a place where you could buy food, drinkes and ammenities. It was very convenient! They took pictures of us when we needed it for our event and everything was so clean! I would stay there again. We even had an issue and needed to have stuff delivered from Amazon to the hotel and they got us our stuff right away! I would stay there again."

"I have no idea how the reviews for this hotel is accurate. My opinion they were paid for. When arriving around 11:00 pm the front desk the gentleman was very friendly. That is the only thing I say that is good. Elevator wasn’t working, dirty walls and missing tiles on floors, When we arrived to our room there was a big square plastic container under the air conditioner. "The hotel is really nice, located across the street from Our Spot Parking. Will, definitely use this location, flying out of DFW. They also charge $10.00 a day if you want to leave your car there (IDK) that."

"The property was beautiful, nice and clean the staff were friendly the only drawback was you could kinda hear the airplanes in the distance since it was close to the airport so if you're a light sleeper keep that in mind but would definitely stay here again"

"When you have to pay for parking after already paying for an expensive stay and my room wasn’t clean, the bathroom had long black hair on the floor and in the tub and shower. On the website it stated that it had a hot tub along with an indoor pool. The pool had big ass bugs floating around that I had to get out the water. The ceiling looked like it was about to fall in going around the pool area. Other hotel guest were rude during breakfast but you can’t control that though."

"The free breakfast was out of almost all food on Saturday and Sunday mornings. The fan didn’t work in the bathroom. It was quiet in our room and staff was nice. The pool and area around it were dirty."
