"The property and view are beautiful. Lots to do! A couple of pretty big issues. We were given someone else's room to start then given the wrong room for our cards, then we were finally given the right room. A minor inconvenience.
But the main reason we chose this hotel is that the website said that after 10, the pools are 18+. We were excited to go into the pool after 10. When we went to the pool, it was closed. When we asked staff they said it always closes at 10. We showed them their website where it said it. They left to talk to someone, when they came back the website had changed. If we had known that was the case, we would have just gone to holiday Inn, rather than pay what we did for our room.
Its literally the only reason we chose this hotel. So, we just slept in a really expensive bed, is how we feel."
