The most amazing was the staff, Maury and Hary were the most friendly, helpful and amicable front desk staff I have even encounter and we traveled a lot, they both went above and beyond, and we learned how talented they were speaking French, English and Spanish, wow, to have someone trilingual I mean is gold! "This was a check-in disaster. Staff promised to pick me up with shuttle, which did not happen. Called the hotel more than a dozen times and either no one picked up or they put me on hold and then was disconnected. Had to walk in 100 degree temperatures to get to the hotel and was not happy, but when I arrived staff was brusque and unhelpful. Add to this, when I finally got to my room, the AC was broken!"
