"Water did not get hot the first two days of the stay, but someone came and fixed it. Staff was helpful with this. Still didn’t get very hot, but better! Room was clean for the most part. You could tell the floors could use mopped."

"No refrigerator, no microwave. Mattress well worn, could feel the inner structure of the mattress against my body."

"As soon as we walked into the room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. The light above the doorway came down and smacked me on the head. The AC barely worked, and we could hear people doing the nasty about two doors down all night."
