"Had to ask 2 days to get a replacement coffee pot. Didn’t receive housekeeping services the first day. Had to go to the front desk to get towels . Yesterday’s housekeeper didn’t restock coffee supplies. Just inconsistencies. 24 hour coffee service in rhd lobby was good as was breakfast. "

"Breakfast was minimal continental. Room was moderately clean. The mini fridge was so loud-even with the TV on-that we had to unplug it. The walls much not have much soundproofing because after trying to sleep by 10, the next room kept us up until 2 am with their loud TV and arguing. "

"I would not hesitate staying here again. Everything was extremely clean and high-quality. The bed, the bedding, the furniture the decor was all wonderful. Dia on the concierge team helped us create the perfect itinerary with two visits to local vineyards and a great lunch spot. They can also assist with restaurant recommendations. We stayed in the bunkhouse room and it was honestly one of the nicest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Would highly recommend we also really enjoyed the 24 seven...

"Parking was easy. The breakfast was lacking. The juice machine was 'out of order', there was no waffle mix to make waffles, poor selection of any pastries or muffins. Not worth going to breakfast downstairs. It was quite for sleeping, the bed was a bit soft and not comfortable. I woke up with an aching back x 2 nights. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The location is perfect to get to things in the area."
