"A beautiful gem in london!!! Would definitely stay again. Room was not only spotless but lovely, great amenities, spacious shower, welcoming reception and minutes from the tube. Only downside is that the nearest tube has no lifts for heavy luggages. But wouldn't mind carrying my bags for it. "

"Excellent find, right next door to Shepherds Bush Market train station, across the road from the market and a 3 minute walk from Shepherds Bush Empire (we were attending a gig). The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, the reception is manned throughout the night, there is a small bar We would definitely use this hotel again ( I would ask not to be allocated rm1 which backed onto a closed courtyard which housed extractor fans so the towels and our clothes when we left smelt of cooking...

"The hotel was perfect, exactly as described and in a lovely quiet but accessible location. The room we stayed in had 3 separated sleeping spaces so was brilliant for a family of 4 with two teenagers. The staff were also amazing, very helpful and accommodating. Pool and Sauna area also very nice. It was pricey, but it was value for money. Would highly recommend."

"Cute charming hotel located very close to a tube stop, easy to get around, quiet area, very friendly staff. Had a good stay! Water pressure is bad, but thats my only complaint from our stay there! "
