"Staff was amazing, but property was terrible inside and outside..pool was closed most of the stay and when finally open ice cold..they are in middle of remodeling so half stuff didn't work, drains didn't drain, found rusty nails in pool area, put us all in the wrong rooms, took about 2 hours to finally find a room that we rented 2 months ago..terrible terrible place"

"Room was clean. Pool was closed for maintenance. Air conditioner caused flooding in the room. Was reported twice to management. There were no other rooms available. Management assured I would receive a credit. As of this time, no reimbursement."

"I booked 2 days and the 2nd night, my partner and I had to work 3rd shift, so I requested a late check out of 1pm and told that would not be an issue. I received a call at 11:45 AM from the management telling me it wasn't ok and if I wasn't out by 12:30 I'd be charged. I'm a disabled full time wheelchair user, so it takes me a long time to get ready. So, I had to wake my partner up and we had to find a way to basically do the impossible or be charged even though the staff made the mistake and not us. I had planned on coming back due to the property and location being good but I doubt that will happen now. Extremely extremely unprofessional and rude. Absolutely and unequivocally unacceptable behavior from any hospitality business."

"Booking through the app and paying at the property seemed difficult. I asked to add another day and they said they couldn’t do that and that they could do it separately in their system, however, the rate increased 20 dollars. While I was at reception another family was attempting to receive a refund due to finding maggots in a mini fridge and in the next room they got reassigned to there was food left over from previous guests. At that point they booked another hotel and were relocating. We were weary to stay afterwards but it was late and I worked all day so figured it was worth at least inspecting. Once we arrived to our room it was overall clean. Checked the fridge, microwave, even lifted the mattress to check for bugs and such so we were thorough. When I took my shower the bathroom had a singular hair on the soap shelf which I just avoided. For 64 bucks it did its job for the evening but due to reception staff being slightly rude to both myself and that other family I will be taking my business else where for my next stay. Hope this helps someone else!"

"Older building overall with some upgrades. Loved that the room floors were tile and not carpet. However, no bathroom fans (sink is outside of bathroom that has shower and toilet), we didn't have hot water for showers our first morning, then they fixed that. AC in one room just ran and blew coolish air, but left room feeling muggy/humid. Other room we had AC blew cold air and had to be turned down when it was cold enough in room. Rooms we were in had no natural light. Very centrally located and area seemed safe."
